Our mobile communication application is called School Gateway. Regular communication with Parents/Carers is of paramount importance to us and we are confident that using this application will increase your engagement with the progress of your son/daughter’s education. The application will allow you to access up to date information on timetables, attendance, behaviour, achievement and messages direct from the school.
The mobile application can be downloaded from the App Store or the Google Play Store to use on your mobile phone or alternatively you can access the service directly in any web browser on a computer or tablet device at www.schoolgateway.com
To enable your account please visit the website www.schoolgateway.com and click on ‘New User’. Enter the e-mail address and mobile telephone number that you have provided to the school. You will receive a text message from the dedicated service mobile number +44(0)151 3290477 with a PIN number. Use this PIN to login to the School Gateway service.
For parent/carers of new starters you will receive a text message from the school when your son/daughter has been officially enrolled on their first day.
Once registered you can download the app or login online to access the service.
If you are having trouble activating your School Gateway account, it may be because the school does not have your current e-mail and mobile phone number on record. It is essential that you contact the school so that we can update your details on our system and enable your access to the service.
Schoolcomms (School Gateway) stores contact details for parents, students and staff on behalf of the school in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act. The registration number is Z8261740. The school controls its own data and makes any amendments as required.
